I confess; I am a procrastinator.
I know it’s not a good habit and I keep telling myself that
I am going to change my ways but I just keep well, putting it off!
I don’t know why I wait to the last minute to do some
things. It’s usually some mediocre task,
or sometimes it’s something I feel is so big that I just try and avoid getting
started altogether. Sometimes I just
need someone to give me a push. Funny
thing is, once I’m done not only do I feel a great sense of satisfaction, but
also I realize all the fuss I made was wasted energy.
Same thing goes for the people I train. Sometimes I have to give someone an extra
push to get them going. Then they come dragging into the gym seemingly dreading
what’s to come only to leave with a big smile and great sense of
accomplishment. Never once has anyone
told me that they regretted the workout.
When it comes to exercising, having someone to hold you
accountable can help keep you from falling off track. So if you’re thinking about getting back in
shape but need some accountability I am here to help. I will be with you every step of the way and
I won’t let you down. You just have to
take that first step and make that commitment. Don’t put it off any longer. Join my team.
